A Polish Holiday Dzien’ Dziecka celebrates kids. America
celebrates the Mothers and Fathers Days. The backbone of
Americas business community has been the ties that bind
families. Small businesses began as a father or mother’s
idea that hopefully grows and the real hope is that it’s passed
on to the next generation.

First and Last from George DePasquale, to his son, maybe
someday grandson. My family business was believe it or not
“the Ministry” Great great grandfather to great to grand. My
father broke the mold and my path went to baking.
As we celebrate this month’s Fathers Day we realize that the
real ties that bind are our values not what we do for a living.
Do what you love and you won’t work a day in your life.
Sometimes the path changes, as do recipes - pineapple upside
down cake a 1950’s special path changed with the abundance
of great fruit choices anything fresh and available.
